I have a problem in my mac pro. While I used it, I heard the voice of processor fan loudly many times, and its performance in that time is slow. (MacBook pro(Retina, 2015) Processor 3.1 Core i7, memory 8 GB.) What can I do to improve my mac? Thanks

The performance is slow because there are lots of processes running on your MacBook Pro, which is causing the processor to heat and in-turn get the fan rotate on high speed. I would suggest that you look up Activity Monitor to point out the processes that are taking up too much of the processors time when it happens next. If the process is created by a third-party software, the performance will automatically improve once you close the application.
